I’ve never understood why so many people have the need to make everything a competition. Even in the smallest mundane things. Making and saying completely contradicting remarks or actions in order to “win,” while making themselves the part of the fool.

Jealousy, insecurity, stupidity…

Minus the Bear - My Time (Official Music Video)

Last night I was able to catch a free show at the "Woods", and even luckier to have it be Minus The Bear preforming.

TWO DOOR CINEMA CLUB - At the Doug Fir

The best "Fun" show I've seen in a while, Just what I needed. I highly recommend them.

Ninja Streets Moves and crazy Russians

I remember watching the first “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” movie when I was young, and throwing myself off the couch and bed in the classic ninja kick stance, pretending to be Michelangelo. Along with the many hours spent making the perfect pair nun chucks and eating pizza. … Go Ninja , Go Ninja , Go!! (Yeah you’re singing the song right now)

Every time I see crazy clips like this, I secretly revert back to those days … at least mentally. And then I remember I made a solemn vow to not “work out” because I’m to sexy to sweat.
Oh well … to be young.

Because I'm A Hopeless Romantic ...

Bright Star
Bright star, would I were steadfast as thou art —
Not in lone splendour hung aloft the night
And watching, with eternal lids apart,
Like Nature's patient, sleepless Eremite,
The moving waters at their priestlike task
Of pure ablution round earth's human shores,
Or gazing on the new soft-fallen mask
Of snow upon the mountains and the moors —
No — yet still stedfast, still unchangeable,
Pillow'd upon my fair love's ripening breast,
To feel for ever its soft fall and swell,
Awake for ever in a sweet unrest,
Still, still to hear her tender-taken breath,
And so live ever — or else swoon to death.

John Keats
